Lari (dari kenyataan)
hahaha... kalo dulu gue cuma bisa lari dari kenyataan,
these couple of months, mulai serius lari.
selain terkompori sama temen temen baik gue,
this is actually good for me, so why not. ya kan???
dan karna aku ambisiyeus hahaha... next nya,
kalo udah selesai sekolah, imma start the clean eating thingy.
temen temen gue yang ikut, mukanya pada seger segerrr, hebat!
yang tadinya padat berisi, jadi langsing seger, seksihhh!
soal pelarian ini, i gotta admit, i suck huge time at this.
asli. dari dulu, gue paling ngga bisa lari.
and i kinda think running is the most boring exercise, ever.
one thing i remember from jogging is last year of high school,
kita ada tes lari keliling lapangan bola 3 kali, untuk nilai ebta.
do-ohhh, di puteran terahir gue udah mau matikkk rasanya.
lemesss ujung kaki ke ujung kepala, napas panasss, dengkul gemeterrr...
di garis finish the guys cheer me up, clapping their hands: ayo marlboro light!
for once at that moment, i really regret my smoking habit,
berasa bangettt paru paru ngga 100% sehat.
that memory scares me, actually.
gue gak mau lagi ngerasain napas panas, dada mau pecah, dengkul jelly,
oh if only i can turn back the time, gue akan ngemil pilus instead.
and even though i quit smoking,

sampe ahirnya gue gak punya pilihan lain untuk rutin olahraga,
i like yoga tho... yoga dirumah, yang ada anak anak naik ke punggung gue.
yoga di gym? terlalu ribet ngikutin jadwalnya sehingga sering kelewat.
but jogging, is easy... cuma tinggal keliling komplek aja, 30 menit, 3x seminggu.
swimming, on the other hand, is what i do best.
gue bisa renang jauh non stop, karena terbiasa dari kecil.
and swimming on the ocean! it's the best kind. asliii.
oh boy, how i miss the ocean.
sadly, sejak pake kerudung gue belum sreg nemuin baju renang,
i was aiming for a diving suit, actually. tapi agak mehong yes hahaha.
dan waktunya itu loh yang sulit, the kids would wanna join me for sure,
belom nemu kombinasi yang pas antara waktu, gear, sama lokasi.
so let's postpone it a bit.
well anyway, since i complained a lot to erw about the gym,
gue tu paling malesss kalo wiken musti ke gym jam 7. i mean...
come onnn, boleh gaksi sekali seminggu tidur 8 jam full?
menurut erw, kalo kita berangkat kesiangan, mall nya keburu rame,
bahhh... of course, next time kita gym di kuburan i suppose?
karna gym nya setengah setengah, i haven't found any method to improve my run,
dan malahan kaki gue sering kram kalo lari komplek... gue jadi ngga semangat,
karna ngga semangat, exercise nya asal goyang aja, keringetan dikit, berenti.
ahirnya badan gak pernah fit 100%.
berasa loyo nya, sering kecapean, kurang tidur dikit langsung sariawan.
jomfooo.
erw decided to buy me a pair of running shoes. yeayyy!!!
setelah memaksa gue beli vibram, which is too advance and i don't really need.
dan sepatu ini selalu bikin gue geli, karna jempol kaki kita terpajang jelas,
ter ekspos pada khalayak. ewh.
following the advise of avid runners, dozens of blogs and my own besties,
the option is down to brooks or saucony.
jadi suatu malam, kita ke pim, jalan jalan,
fitting sepatu di kaki, yaaa, emang beda yaaa kalo sepatu kusus gini.
begitu fitting, PLEKKK, kaya nempel loh ama kaki gue.
next, coba pake kaos kaki, terus lari bolak balik di toko olahraga,
ahirnya gue ambil brooks pure connect 2. thanks babyboo!
besokannya langsung dicoba. WAWWW.
seperti berlari diatas roti hahaha. tambah semangattt!
i pushed myself harder, beating my own personal record on nike + apps.
another thing is, kostum olaraga gue gak semuanya pake sleting,
so i have to handheld the device for accurate record.
dan agak aneh yeee, lari pegang pegang henfon gitu hahaha.
so i found a good deal of armband online hurrahhh!!!
now it's all good.
with good shoes, i can concentrate better on my breathing,
which actually almost the same to what i did while swimming.
cuma kan kalo renang lebih mudah buat gue, karna udah terbiasa.
oh well... many practices to come then!

ah aku optimis suatu hari nanti akan bisa sampai pada taraf: BERLARI. untuk saat ini, cukuplah aku menahan malu saben jalan pagi kok dibalap mulu ama si geng bapak-bapak opa-opa yg ntah gimana caranya ya kok jalannya pada cepet-cepet amat sih? woles bro!

Yang semangat larinya yes, biar singset kinclong clong! Jangan lupa juga ngejus.. Klo kata ulil dengan ngejus emang gw keliatan seger dan glowing sementara dia sebagai penyandang dana jus gw jadi kisut.. Buahnya mahal mameeeen! Huahahahaha
